GENERAL INFORMATION
Q: How long should I anticipate spending on the Art Fort Lauderdale experience?
A: From the time you depart you will spend approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes until you return back to The Pier Sixty Six Marina. You will spend approximately 45 minutes in each home (3 homes this year) plus travel time on the water.
PLEASE Plan On Arriving To The Marina *AT LEAST* 30-45 Minutes Prior To Your Departure Time To Park & Make Your Way To Check-In & Ensure You Don't Miss The Boat!
Q: I purchased several online tickets for family members, and my personal details are on all of them. Is this a problem?
A: Not at all. Every online ticket has a unique bar code number. Each family member can enter the fair with a ticket even if it is in another person's name. Tickets are purchased based off of desired & available departure date/time (Example Thursday @ 12PM, Friday @ 1PM, Saturday @ 2PM). You will be with the group you departed with for your entire experience and NOT be able to meet up with friends and family who depart at a different time. If you wish to share the experience with your friends & family please ensure you select the same departure date & time.
Q: I found another site selling tickets to Art Fort Lauderdale, can I get my tickets there too?
A: No. Please make sure to purchase the tickets via the official online ticketing platform, and never from unknown third parties. Tickets may not be copied or reproduced. Don't risk missing the fair!
Q: How do I get my online ticket?
A:You will receive your ticket(s) as an attachment in a confirmation email. You will receive two files: a PDF and link to Eventbrite. You can save them to your computer and print them at home or download them to your mobile. Printing your ticket is NOT required as we will have you in our system upon check-in and you can show the ticket on your phone.
Q: How can I use the Eventbrite file?
A:The Eventbrite file you receive via email can be saved directly on your smartphone. When visiting the fair, simply open the ticket in the Eventbrite application and scan it at the check-in.
Q: How often can my online ticket be used?
A:Your ticket is checked at the dock of the Marina prior to boarding. Please make sure to bring your printed copy or have the ticket stored in your Eventbrite app. If you purchased a day ticket, you may enter and exit the fair as often as you like, but only on the same day as shown/printed on your day ticket. If, however, you purchased a permanent ticket, you may enter and exit the fair as often as you like on show days, January 23 -26, 2020, during fair hours.

Q: Can I get my money back if I am unable to use my ticket?
A:No. The ticket once purchased is non-refundable.

*FREE* Parking Is Available At The Pier 66 Marina South Lot On The South Side Of 17th Street. Guests Will Make Their Way From The South Side Of 17th Street To The Marina On The North Side Of 17th Street (Under The Bridge).
